  根据我国法律法规和中华人民共和国海关总署(以下称中方)与赞比亚共和国渔业与畜牧业部(以下称赞方)关于赞比亚热加工蚕茧输华检疫和卫生要求的规定,即日起,允许符合以下要求的赞比亚热加工蚕茧进口。

  一、检验检疫依据

  二、进口产品范围

  (二)外包装加贴包含产品名称、规格、生产日期、生产批号、保存条件、生产企业等信息的中文标签;

  (三)装载产品的集装箱使用赞方批准的消毒剂进行消毒处理。

  七、出口前查验和证书要求

  (一)赞方负责对输华产品实施检验检疫,并按双方确认的证书样本出具卫生证书,证明其符合《议定书》要求;

  (二)每批输华产品应至少随附一份官方正本卫生证书。

  八、进境检验检疫要求

  (一)证单核查。

  1.核查是否来自注册登记企业;

  (二)货物检查。
