　　根据我国相关法律法规和中华人民共和国海关总署（以下称中方）与埃塞俄比亚联邦民主共和国农业部（以下称埃方）关于埃塞俄比亚木薯干输华植物检疫要求的规定，即日起，允许符合以下相关要求的埃塞俄比亚木薯干进口：

　　一、检验检疫依据

　　（一）《中华人民共和国生物安全法》；

　　（二）《中华人民共和国进出境动植物检疫法》及其实施条例；

　　（三）《中华人民共和国进出口商品检验法》及其实施条例；

　　（四）《进出境粮食检验检疫监督管理办法》；

　　（五）《中华人民共和国海关总署与埃塞俄比亚联邦民主共和国农业部关于埃塞俄比亚木薯干输华植物检疫要求议定书》。

　　二、允许进境商品名称

　　本公告中木薯干（Manihot esculenta Crantz），是指产自埃塞俄比亚境内的木薯，经切碎和干燥制成的木薯片和木薯粒。

　　三、允许的产地

　　埃塞俄比亚全境。

　　四、企业注册

　　输华木薯干生产、加工、存放企业应当经埃方考核批准，由埃方向中方推荐符合要求的企业，经中方检查或审查通过后予以注册登记，中方将在海关总署网站上公布相关企业名单并动态更新。

VIII. Handling of Non-Compliance

Consignments originating from unregistered enterprises shall be returned or destroyed.
If live quarantine pests or other live pests are found, the consignment shall be subject to disinfection, return, or destruction.
If soil or genetically modified components not approved by Chinese authorities are found, the consignment shall be returned or destroyed.
